Gypse' Mue
Perry's ability for matching textures and color is referred to as "Perry's Magic," by homeowners as well as general contractors in Tucson and surrounding areas.
After working in construction for over thirty years, he has created a unique style known as "Gypse' Mue" which is French for gypsum-mud. With pallet knives, Perry creates his images, usually on a ¼" to ½" sheet of Gypse' that has been cut to standard framing sizes.
He perfects the image by sanding and detailing each image. He then seals the Gypse' for protection. Perry brings each image to life by painting it with acrylic paint. The images that he creates with Gypse' Mue are so realistic they actually make you want to touch and experience them.
